FAQ for Drone Services In Singapore


Q1: What services do you provide?

A1: We provide a variety of drone services in Singapore, such as aerial photography and videography, inspection services for buildings and infrastructure, agricultural monitoring, wildlife tracking, and mapping services.

Q2: What kind of drones do you use?

A2: We use a variety of DJI drones less than 7 kg, equipped with advanced imaging and data collection capabilities. Our fleet includes both multi-rotor and fixed-wing drones to suit a variety of applications. Our license include DJI Mavic 3, Power Tethered Drone , Phantom 4 series and DJI Avata ( FPV Series )

Q3: Are your drones and operators licensed and insured?

A3: Yes, all our drones are registered with the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) and our operators are licensed UAV pilots under the CAAS guidelines. Our operations also carry liability insurance to ensure the safety and protection of our clients and their property.

Q4: How far can your drones travel?

A4: The range of our drones depends on various factors including the type of drone, weather conditions, and the specific regulations of the area where we are operating. However, in accordance with CAAS regulations, our pilots always operate within visual line of sight. We have done coverage on open sea and fly as as high as 1000 feet above sea level with approved activity permits.

Q5: How do you ensure privacy and adherence to local regulations when flying drones?

A5: We strictly adhere to the guidelines provided by the CAAS and respect all privacy laws in Singapore. We do not fly drones over prohibited areas or private property without explicit permission.

Q6: What happens in case of bad weather or control tower activation on the scheduled day of service?

A6: In case of bad weather, we will work with you to reschedule the service to a mutually convenient time. The safety of our operations and the quality of the data or imagery we collect are our top priorities. Hence, we usually recommend taking our half day or full day block booking instead of hourly package . Due to any activation by control tower and unexpected situation, we might to be able to fly until we have been informed by control tower.

Q7: How long does it take to receive the images or data after the drone flight?

A7: Generally, we aim to deliver the images or data within 48 hours after the flight. However, processing times can vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. All footage will be return in the original format.

Q8: Can I hire your drones for special events like weddings or sports events?

A8: Yes, we do offer drone services for special events in Singapore. However, please note that there may be restrictions and regulations, depending on the location of the event. We advise contacting us well in advance to discuss the specifics.

Q9: How do I apply for a permit if I want to use your drone services in a restricted area?

A9: We can assist you in applying for an activity permit from CAAS if the drone operation is planned in a restricted area. However, approval is subject to CAAS's discretion and may take up to 14 working days. For non fly zone, CAAS will only encourage power tethered drone .
